1Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") strictly govern your access to and use of the 3DLIGO website, products, and services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be strictly bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
2User Accounts & Security
To utilize certain features, including purchasing or uploading 3D models, you must register for an account. By registering, you agree that:
- You will provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
- You are solely responsible for safeguarding the password and authentication methods that you use to access the Service.
- You will not disclose your password to any third party and will assume responsibility for any activities or actions under your account.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if any information provided is proven to be inaccurate or fraudulent.
3Digital Asset Licensing & Usage
All 3D models and digital assets sold or distributed down on 3DLIGO operate under dedicated licensing agreements granted by the respective Seller or Creator.
- Standard License (Personal Use): Grants you, the purchaser, an ongoing, non-exclusive, worldwide license to utilize the digital asset. You may not resell, redistribute, or use the asset in commercial, revenue-generating projects unless otherwise stipulated by the Creator.
- Commercial License: If offered, grants you the right to utilize the 3D model for commercial purposes, game development, and mass production, subject to the strict limitations attached to the specific model's page.
- No Resale Rights: You are strictly prohibited from re-uploading, reselling, or sharing the raw source files (.obj, .fbx, .stl, .blend, etc.) obtained from 3DLIGO onto any other platform or marketplace.
4Vendor & Creator Terms
If you open a Store on 3DLIGO and list digital items for sale, you explicitly represent and warrant the following:
- Intellectual Property: You own the complete copyright, or have explicit commercial licenses, for every asset you upload. Selling ripped or stolen models is strictly forbidden and results in an immediate permanent ban.
- Revenue Sharing: As a Seller, you retain the designated percentage of your sales revenue (e.g., 80%), with the remainder utilized for platform maintenance, transaction fees, and hosting. We process payouts dynamically via supported withdrawal networks.
- Digital Fulfillment: You are responsible for ensuring your file archives are uncorrupted and accurately match the descriptions and preview images shown to the Buyer.
5Purchases & Refunds
All prices are shown and settled in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise defined via localized pricing options. We employ advanced global payment gateways (e.g. Stripe) for absolute transaction security.
No-Refund Policy for Digital Goods:Due to the instantaneous and irrevocable nature of digital downloads, all sales are final. We do not issue refunds for downloaded items. A refund will ONLY be considered in extreme extenuating circumstances where the file is technically corrupted, entirely misrepresentative of its description, and the Store Owner fails to resolve the complaint within a reasonable timeframe.
6Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct
While using the Service, you agree NOT to engage in any of the following prohibited behaviors:
- Uploading malware, viruses, or deploying automated scraping bots.
- Harassing, threatening, or defrauding other creators or buyers.
- Circumventing licensing, digital rights management, or sharing purchased assets via external torrenting or illegal distribution websites.
- Attempting to breach, probe, or vulnerability-test our backend infrastructure.
7Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL 3DLIGO, NOR ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, OR AGENTS, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (I) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE; (II) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; AND (III) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.
